A word from the Editor:

From the day we opened our doors here at TrueFire, we knew that our success as a music education software company hinged on one thing, and one thing only — the quality of our educators.

Sure, all of TrueFire’s technologies are cool, but that’s just icing on the cake. Pull back the curtain and the true wizards of TrueFire are revealed — 493 brilliant artists and educators.

We can’t thank you enough for believing in us, for trusting your educational creations with us, and for being such amazing collaborators.

RIFF is our new digital magazine, designed to celebrate TrueFire artists and educators. We’ll tell stories about you, share exclusive lessons from you, treat our students to some of your scrapbook pics and tickle their ears with your music. We’ll also include links to your TrueFire courses, websites and social networks.

Each volume of RIFF (published quarterly on Issuu.com and TrueFire.com) will showcase a selection of TrueFire artists and educators in articles, lessons and other features. RIFF is free (also free of advertising!), plus we expect to attract new students from all over the world thanks to the international reach of Issuu.

Thanks for all you do — this RIFF’s for you! www.riffjournal.com
