Twitter as a marketing tool has grown immensely, becoming the definitive way to personally reach out to fans, followers, and friends. This personal touch has made it pertinent for individuals who promote and market themselves, such as many of the artists and educators at TrueFire. To help this venture, we have added a stream of live tweets from your feeds to the right side of the TrueFire Educators page.
This allows students to get an inside look into what it is to be a TrueFire artist, keep up to date on all of their favorite educators as well as discover new ones that are active on Twitter. Educators can use this to promote their course to their followers on both Twitter and TrueFire, allowing users to easily look at your course offerings as well as giving a whole new audience for everything that you do.
Beyond this, we hope to foster a sense of community among the artists that have helped it grow so large, putting the educator’s voices in conversation with one another and allowing them to network.
