We’re excited to announce that we’ve recently released an app for iPad as well as a new desktop app!
With our iPad app, we bring the same great learning experience of TrueFire’s website and desktop player to the mobile platform, allowing students to take their courses with them wherever they go. Available in Apple’s App Store, You can work with the lessons in two different ways: streaming or downloaded to your device to access them offline. Students get access to TrueFire’s complete library of courses, as well as any courses that they’ve already purchased for the desktop and all the video, text, tabs, notation, and jam tracks to go with it.
The desktop app offers several new features and updates from the previous course player:
Course Library. All of a student’s courses appear in the same location now. No more disorganization!
Updates and Fixes. Students will always have the most up-to-date version of the player.
Embedded Tab & Notation. Charts now appear below the lesson for quick and easy reference!
Slo-Mo & Looping. Students can slow down videos without losing pitch or loop a section to optimize learning.
Full Screen Video. Take advantage of the whole monitor by watching the lessons full screen!
Tuner & Metronome. Now available to use in the TrueFire desktop app.
